Meet Sabrina ……

We understand visiting the dentist can be stressful, and an experience you may not look forward to. We have many patients who may have had bad experiences at the dentist as a child, and these experiences stay with them into adulthood.

Over the years we have been very successful in treating nervous patients, and although they still don’t enjoy coming to the dentist, it is no longer as daunting as it used to be. We listen to each individuals needs and tailor their experience to work for them.

Your Journey

At your first appointment, you will be met in a friendly, calm and warm manner by our lovely reception team, our treatment coordinator will then take you to a none clinical room to welcome you to our practice, and get to know  a little about you. Here you can discuss any fears or concerns you may have and discuss possible solutions.

Before you commit to making an appointment with a dentist, you are more than welcome to book a free consultation with our treatment coordinator. We find this can really help you get a feel for the practice and the team, and ensure this is the right practice for you. We hope meeting the team will give you confidence to trust that we will look after you from start to finish.

We have various relaxation methods available to pass the time, should you require treatment. There are TV’s in the ceiling; you are welcome to bring your own film or music along to help take your mind away from the dental practice.

If you feel that you still struggle to relax and cope with treatment, we are happy to provide sedation for our most nervous patients. If this is something you would be interested in please feel free to speak to our treatment coordinator.

Sabrina is our sedation dentist and is the perfect person for it! She has an extremely calm and caring manner. After your new patient exam you are welcome to make an appointment with Sabrina for a sedation consultation.
