What to expect from us

We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed dental treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider the alternatives. We offer a full range of preventative dental treatment, dental hygiene, and cosmetic dentistry. Each dental surgery is equipped with technology to help us diagnose when dental treatment is required and explain the dental treatment options to you.

Hygiene

We encourage our patients to have regular appointments with the practice and children are actively shown how to care for their teeth through diet and oral hygiene.
We sell a range of oral care items such as toothbrushes, interdental brushes, mouthwashes etc. to assist you with your dental hygiene.

We can help whether you are a slightly nervous patient or have dental anxiety or phobia, we can help. Being worried about going to the dentist or a nervous patient affects different people in different ways. Dental anxiety can be due to aspects of dental treatment, fear of the unknown, childhood experiences or other reasons.

We will help you overcome your dental anxiety, and phobia of dental treatment, of being worried or a nervous patient.

The charge depends on the treatment you need to keep your mouth, gums and teeth healthy. You will only ever be asked to pay one charge for each complete course of treatment, even if you need more than 1 visit to finish it – either Band 1, Band 2, or Band 3.

This covers an examination, diagnosis (eg x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale  if needed, and the application of fluoride varnish of fissure sealants. If you require urgent care, even if your urgent treatment needs more than one appointment to complete, you will only need to pay one Band 1 charge.
